BOX12 Boxing & Functional Fitness Circuit
Our BOX12 circuit is a 36 minute workout consisting of 12, 3 minute rounds that combine boxing and functional fitness exercises. A new round starts every 3 minutes making it flexible, you simply turn up and get started.
BOX12 PODs
Our BOX12 training PODs are small but mighty! Guided training suits all fitness levels, giving you full-body strength and cardio workouts in just 36 minutes.
